Our training and coaching services are designed to provide Latino entrepreneur with the personal skills that empowers them to successfully navigate the unpredictable and challenging experience of launching and growing a business in the United States.

Result oriented- Our training and coaching services are grounded interventions solid research, and we are able to measure the impact of our trainings participants. To that end we administer scales and assessments that mesure the Psychological Capital in the participante in our trainings.
Grounded in solid research: Our training model and coaching services are designed by using solid research grounded in the fields of positive psychology, neurophysiology and cognitive psychology.
Client-centered: We offer individually crafted and customized services for the needs of each individual client and organization. We do not offer a “One size fits all mode of success and happiness“. We honor the richness and diversity of the Latino population in the US.
Culturally and linguistically competent: Our training speaks to the life experiences and realities of Latino entrepreneurs in the US. Our unique approach brings together the richness of Latino culture wisdom, values, and traditions with cutting age psychological techniques in a language that make sense for the Latino entrepreneurs in the US.
Accessible to all: Our training models are designed under the premise that everybody, regardless their personal, educational or socioeconomic background should benefit of current advances in the science of personal success. For that end, we strive to “translate” abstract and confusing psychological theories and concepts into simple, common sense language that empowers entrepreneurs to succeed.
